Parliamentary roundtable on the Energy Charter Treaty

The Environment APPG hosted an expert Parliamentary roundtable on environmental trade issues that featured representatives from Aldersgate Group, E3G, Client Earth, and Global Justice UK.They discussed why the UK should end its participation in the Energy Charter Treaty since it does not align with the Paris Climate Goals, and how several other countries plan to exit, including major UK trade partners such as Germany and France.
