The All Party Parliamentary Group brings together a broad range of MPs and Peers led by Fleur Anderson MP and a cross-party team of Vice Chairs.

Fleur Anderson MP
Chair

Fleur has been the Labour MP for Putney, Roehampton and Southfields since 2019 and has a track record of championing bold action to fight the climate crisis and reverse the decline in nature. Before becoming an MP, Fleur led international environmental and poverty action campaigns for over 20 years with Christian aid, Water Aid and communities across the globe. One of her most recent successes has been leading the ban on using plastic in wet wipes.

Rebecca Smith MP
Vice Chair

Rebecca has been the Conservative MP for South West Devon since July 2024. She is a member of the Conservative Environment Network (CEN) and represents a mix of urban, coastal and rural communities that all value the natural world. She was previously a councillor in Plymouth and spent over a decade working in the political and not-for-profit sectors. 

Wera Hobhouse MP
Vice Chair

Wera Hobhouse has been the MP for Bath since 2017. She has previously served as the Liberal Democrat spokesperson for Energy & Climate Change and Transport. Wera is a long-standing environmental advocate in Parliament and has been is recognised by Politico as one of the 20 most influential voices driving the nation’s race to Net Zero.

Adrian Ramsay MP
Vice Chair

Adrian Ramsay has been the Green Party MP for Waveney Valley since July 2024 and is the co-leader of the Green Party of England & Wales. He has served as the CEO of two national environmental charities, and has worked as a senior lecturer in environmental politics and economics. Adrian also formerly led MCS Charitable Foundation which advocates for renewable energy and green homes.
